How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

Just landed at Copenhagen Airport (CPH) and heading to Bob W Østerbro? Welcome! Here are the two best ways to get to our neighbourhood.

By Metro

The metro is a fantastic and efficient way to get from the airport to Østerbro, taking about 40 minutes.

From the airport station, take the Metro M2 line (direction Vanløse).

Get off at Kgs. Nytorv station.

At Kgs. Nytorv, change to the Metro M3 Cityringen line (the circle line, direction via Østerport).

Get off at the Vibenhus Runddel station. From there, it's just a short walk to Bob W Østerbro. Pop our address into your map app for the final steps.

By Taxi or Ride-hailing

For the most direct route, a taxi or ride-hailing service is a great option. The journey takes about 35 minutes, depending on traffic.

How to check-in?

Step 1: Complete Your Online Check-In

Head to our secure check-in portal. You can do this any time before arriving, no need to wait for check-in day. This helps us get everything ready for your stay.

Find your booking number

You’ll need this to check in online. It’s usually in your confirmation email from wherever you booked. Look for terms like:

  • “Booking/confirmation number”
  • “Booking ID”
  • “Reservation number”

Check your spam folder if you can't find it.

Get your door code

Once your check-in is complete, your unique door code will pop up on the evening before check-in day in the Guest Area under "Open Doors". That’s how you’ll access your apartment—no keys needed!
